Physical Rehabilitation

Optimize Sports Chiropractic prides itself on the utilization of evidence-based, multi-modal management approaches for both acute and chronic pain and injuries. With the aid of various diagnostics, we design and implement individually tailored physical rehabilitation plans for each patient, to help in the prevention and management of injury, performance enhancement, or to support optimal function and health.

Optimize Sports Chiropractic incorporates numerous techniques directed at the entire neuromusculoskeletal system including the joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and the nervous system. Dysfunction and injury to any of these structures may result in pain, numbness, weakness, reduced range-of-motion, and/or altered movement, function and performance. By understanding the two-way connection between the body and the nervous system, Optimize Sports Chiropractic utilises and integrates specific physical exercises, neuro-orthopedic exercises, physiological therapeutic modalities, and pain management strategies in order to maximize healthcare outcomes.
